Cancellation by customer

• •More than 30 days before: Full deposit refund within 5 business days
• •15 to 30 days before: 50% of deposit refunded
• •7 to 14 days before: Deposit not refunded
• •Less than 7 days before: Deposit not refunded + 30% of remaining balance charged
• •No-show: Full service amount charged

Cancellation by Golden Drive Tunisia

• •More than 14 days before: Full refund within 3 days
• •7 to 14 days before: Full refund + 50 DT voucher for next booking
• •Less than 7 days before: Full refund + 100 DT voucher or priority rescheduling
• •Force majeure: Full refund without compensation

Date modification

One free modification is allowed if requested more than 14 days before the event and if the new date is available.
